All packages can be broken down into monthly payment plans. However, if you choose to pay for the entirety of the package upfront, I will match your commitment with my own and offer a 20% discount.

Mental Wellness Coaching
This coaching is for clients who want individual attention and guidance. This type of coaching provides personalized accountability to help you reach your goals. If you’re ready to do the work, get unstuck, and quickly shift into the next-level version of yourself, individual coaching is right for you.
Single Session
$100
This includes 1 (60-minute) zoom call which can be purchased as needed or during any periods of trial where you aren't ready to fully commit to a coach yet. We will discuss goal setting, accountability, lifestyle development, mental wellness, self-care, and self-accountability.

Rooted Package
$1200
My signature 6 month intensive program of 24 (60-minute) zoom calls offers the most support for private coaching sessions. The goal of the Rooted Package is to address key areas of your life that are holding you back and create action steps to help you address them. Throughout the six months, you will have accountability and support you need to create massive results in your life.
