My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual is an expert on themselves and has the power to achieve their goals to create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths & values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
I work with clients from all walks of life who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking career advancement, while others are looking to improve their relationships or find greater fulfillment in life.
I have a background in clinical psychology and a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. I believe informed guidance is not just for clients who require deeper therapy services. Change comes from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back, and addressing the changes we would like to see with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
The clients who do the work and commit to implementing the advice and coaching they receive see the best results. They complete their homework, work on their mindset, and utilize the tools and resources available during the coaching process.
Having a coach is similar to having a personal trainer. You have someone with the knowledge, expertise, and background necessary to help you transform certain areas of your life. They can guide you to make changes and show you proven methods to help you do so. But ultimately, the results are dependent on your hard work. The amount of assistance you get depends on the type of coaching you choose. We’ll discuss which option is right for you during our consultation call.
The decision to do couple versus individual coaching depends on various factors, including how much personalized attention you need/want, how much you thrive in a grouping of 2, and your ability to invest in a coaching relationship.
Individual coaching will provide you with a personalized plan that is tailored specifically for you to reach the goals you design for yourself. This coaching will focus on your overall wellness.
Couple's coaching will focus on the strength and health of the relationship between you & the partner you choose to bring with you. This coaching will focus on what is best for the relationship as a whole and not you as an individual.
